We have already cleared the site for the next 10 free hold houses to be built in Crystal Park Ext 66, Benoni. As soon as we receive our final approvals from Council, construction will commence to have the homes ready for occupation before we close in December for the annual builder’s holiday. It was fantastic to see the excitement and joy when the completed homes were handed over to their respective new owners. Hopefully we will be able to assist more families to obtain the first homes they may call their own.
