We have once again returned to the Sharon Park Lifestyle Estate in Springs to complete the last few homes within the 8th phase of the project. There is still a strong demand in the market for decently priced full title homes, especially from clients who have realised that it is better to own your own home than to remain a tenant whilst paying off someone else’s bond.
