Construction to our Preston apartment complex on South Africa Drive in Cosmo City has also commenced. The 60 unit development will offer two different double bedroom floor plans. Once again the homes will be fitted with pre-paid electricity and hot water systems to help occupants with the management of their monthly expenses. The residential complex will also offer excellent security and access control upon completion. All 60 apartments will be let to tenants upon completion which has been set as the 1st of March 2019.
