Recently 30% of the available office space within our future Eagle Canyon Office Park in Randpark Ridge was secured by a single client. Construction on this magnificent office park will commence early in 2018 with the planned occupation date set as October 2018.
There is still office space available within our Kingfisher Business Park in Fourways, Sandton. The modern office suites may either be purchased off plan or may be leased with the option to purchase at a later date. Anyone contemplating living in Steyn City – or currently there – would find the Business Park a very convenient place in which to set up offices!
