During the past month we have managed to complete the construction of our first Spark School in Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort. I am very proud of each person involved with this project as the school was completed within a brisk 12 week period. This ensures that the school will be 100% ready for their first intake in January 2019. We are also in the process of planning the next Spark School to be constructed during next year. More info on this will follow in one of my future newsletters.
Our Eagle Canyon Office Park development is also taking shape! One can now get a very good idea of what the finished project will look like once it is completed. The relevant construction teams who will attend to the finishes of this project have already moved onto site to commence with the mammoth task of getting this stunning project ready for occupation.
