As our 39B on Kingfisher Office Park nears completion all specialist contractors have moved onto site to commence with the finishing of the sectional title offices. We are currently negotiating with a number of prospective clients, hopefully to conclude a sale before the completion date of the 1st of August.
Situated within the Cosmo City Business Park, the new premises for the Green Bean Learning Academy, consisting of a 2394m² warehouse, offices and showroom, were completed within a brisk 4 month period and ready for occupation by our clients at the end of May. They will now serve as the new head office and distribution centre for the company.
