Renico Construction Newsletter- November 2023

The Springbok victory in the Rugby World Cup certainly managed to bring much-needed light to the somewhat faded colours of our Rainbow Nation. With this, their fourth World Cup rugby championship, South Africans should see that if we stand together and work as a team, our nation can rise and overcome almost any obstacle in our way. This will surely lead to stability, growth, and prosperity.

The war between Israel and Hamas is now threatening to spill over into other regions in the Middle East, moving the world a few seconds closer to midnight on the ominous Doomsday Clock. Although not a definite science, the Doomsday Clock is an indicator of how close the world stands on the precipice of extinction. Unfortunately, with war, sanity seldom prevails. There's no end in sight for the Russia- Ukraine war and an abrupt end to the Israel- Hamas war is also unlikely. These conflicts bring instability to world economies and with the conflict in the Middle East, most notably a rise in Brent-Crude oil prices.

FEATURED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES

Our Brendavere Estate project in Craigavon, Fourways is currently a hive of activity. All teams are on site to complete another thirteen homes before the month-end occupation date. This will then almost halve the number of homes currently under construction within the estate.

Unfortunately, we once again had another late cancellation of one of the homes currently under construction. The available duplex cluster is a three bed, two-bathroom prime design with staff accommodation. Contact Kent Gush Properties on 011 465 5362 for more info or to arrange a viewing of this last available property within this stunning estate.

Excellent progress has been made with the construction of both the complex entrance and the show unit at our Fernhill Estate in Bryanston. I am confident that I will be in a position to share photos of our show unit in my next newsletter. This development will offer twenty-eight duplex homes comprising of four bedrooms, two-bathrooms, lounge and dining room and  an automated double garage at a starting price of R2,995,000 As a standard feature, all homes will be fitted with a back-up power system and buyers will also have the option of adding a sparkling pool to their home as an upgrade.
