Last week I had the privilege of hosting the official opening of our Vyfhoek Retail Centre in Potchefstroom. Construction to the 4000m² Centre was completed within a brisk 8-month timeframe, even after the premises of the Top Dog Family Restaurant was added four months into the project! I am also excited to share that we are very close to securing a tenant for the last available shop which will further compliment the tenant mix comprising of a Sportsman's Warehouse, Jonsson Workwear, Mr Price Home, AC/DC Electronics and the Top Dog Family Restaurant.
