Past Commercial Developments

The 12000 square meter centre was developed and tenanted within a single calendar year, a major feat considering that the year incorporated a 3 week shutdown during our initial hard Covid-19 lock down. Both the state-of-the-art Planet Fitness Health Club and Super Spar opened their doors during February and most of the other tenants, opened for the official grand opening which was held on the 25th of February. The centre brought added convenience to those residing in the North of Potchefstroom.

Construction of the Eagle Canyon Office Park development, with excellent exposure onto Christiaan de Wet Drive, commenced early in 2018 and was finally completed in May 2019. The modern design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also allows for the maximum amount of natural light to reach the building. The circulation of fresh air is also promoted to reduce the amount of air-conditioning required. Each suite within the office park has allocated kitchen and ablution facilities and parking bays within the basement parking area.

We were proud to be able to be contracted to construct the 2,686m² Welties Spark School. The school was designed and developed to the clients specifications and will service Weltevredenpark and its surrounding areas. The school welcomed its first learners in January 2019.

These A Grade offices, fibre ready and with a number of energy saving features are perfectly located on the doorstep of the ever-expanding Fourways Shopping Centre and the popular Montecasino complex. They were ready for tenant installations from the 1st of August 2017. The sectional title scheme comprises of 4 sectional title office suites with a total floor size of 905m².

An exciting retail development in Cosmo City! The 7500m² Centre offers its tenants excellent exposure onto South African Drive and it also enjoys easy access from Malibongwe Drive. Pick-n-Pay is the anchor tenant within the centre. The grand opening of the shopping complex was held on the 24th of March 2016, and it has proved to be a welcome addition within this fast growing area.

The 2387m2 new studios, warehouse and offices for Vision View Productions were designed and built to the clients specifications and completed within the planned time span.

This Office Park development offers 1 ground and 2 first floor office suites with sizes ranging from 143 to 189m². The entire office block was sold to a single investor and all 3 offices suites were available to tenants from February 2016.

The new retail centre on the corner of Christiaan De Wet Road and Scott Avenue in Randpark Ridge housing a Super Spar, Tops and a Virgin Active Health Club. The project was completed 3 months before the initially planned occupation date! Super Spar opened its doors to the public on the 23rd of July 2015 with the Virgin Active opening 2 days later.
