Renico Construction Newsletter- October 2023

With the Rugby World Cup knock-out stages around the corner our Bokke will have to wait for the Ireland- Scotland game to be played before they know if they will make it to the quarter finals. I believe the Irish will claim another Scottish scalp this Saturday to take their winning streak record to fourteen and by doing so, launch South Africa into the knock-out stages. It is great to see so many South Africans whole heartedly supporting our men in green and gold, forming a camaraderie without limits. Go Bokke!

Unfortunately, we will see another large hike in fuel prices this month, mostly brought on by the steep rise in the price of Brent crude oil. This again will have a negative impact on food prices bringing about an increase in the consumer price index. Hopefully this will not affect our inflation rate, currently sitting at 4,8%, too negatively.

Our construction team is on site at Fernhill in Bryanston where the complex entrance with guardhouse and the show home are in the process of being completed. We have made some amazing changes to the initial design and layout of the four-bedroom duplex houses: adding not only value but loads of street appeal to the completed product. We plan to launch this appealing development once the show home is completed.

With all full title homes in the Brendavere Estate once again sold, we are well on track to complete another thirteen homes before 1 December. This will leave us with only the remaining fourteen homes to finish by March 2024. It will also bring an end to the exciting journeys of eighty-three families who bought into this fantastic full title development in Fourways where clients were personally involved in the planning and design of their new homes.

In last month's newsletter I mentioned that we are returning to the Riverspray Lifestyle Estate in Vanderbijlpark where we are launching full title simplex homes within this stunning security estate. Not only does this estate have exclusive access to 500 meters of Vaal River frontage, but it also has a private river slipway and storage facilities for boating enthusiasts. Other amenities available to residents include sports fields, walking trails, a communal swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a pitch and putt golf course. Security is a priority for the Riverspray Lifestyle Estate Home-Owners Association and this is evident by thestrict security measures in place and the use of technology- advanced biometric access systems.

We are launching these full title three bed, two-bathroom homes at an incredible R830,000 inclusive of bond and transfer fees! This is an opportunity not to be missed.
